Lizzie has a background in physical theatre and devised work as well as classical acting and TV/Film. She has performed at various theatres across the UK including Manchester Opera House, The Lyric Hammersmith, Nottingham Playhouse, Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds, Chipping Norton Theatre, Riverside Theatre, Newport and Greenwich Theatre, London. She is a mezzo-soprano singer and also plays the piano and saxophone (soprano and alto). She also has had training in clowning and puppetry and has basic ukulele and guitar skills.

Lizzie was at Soho Theatre performing in the Goldsmith's new writing showcase, directed by Rosumunde Hutt.
She is also part of a comedy double act called Franks and Skinner.
Lizzie has previously performed as 'The Clever Princess, Hilde and Rose' in The Snow Queen at The New Vic Theatre which won the award for Best Show for Children and young people at the 2017 UK Theatre Awards.
She can also be seen as the folk pianist in the new Guitar Hero computer game and Shy Shelly in The Tale of Mr Tumble on BBC iplayer. Also for the BBC Lizzie has played Frida Kahlo/ Beatrix Potter in Mister Maker's Arty Party, Bubbles the babysitter in Grandpa In My Pocket and Jamelia's PA in
Strictly Come Dancing.
Lizzie leads workshops (in physical theatre, visual theatre, storytelling and puppetry) to various secondary schools around the country and works with Bakehouse events as a performer/ tour guide.
